For over 50 years, Woodland Park has been a haven of tranquillity and natural beauty. It all began in 1972 when local farmers Edward and Jill Harrison purchased the woodland beside their land and created a simple touring park.
Family is at the heart of what we do
Today, Woodland Park has evolved into a luxurious owners-only holiday home retreat, set within 80 acres of stunning rural landscape. Still a proud family-run business, the next generation of Harrisons – Christopher, Sarah, and James – have carried forward their parents’ passion for this enchanting woodland and its thriving wildlife.

Committed to providing the ultimate coastal escape in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside, we recently completed a £1.4 million renovation of our state-of-the-art leisure club. Guests can now enjoy premium facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, the county’s best-equipped gym, a steam room, spa pool, and sauna – all designed to make your stay as relaxing and rejuvenating as possible.
