A place to reconnect

Our owners and their guests say they feel a sense of calm as soon as they approach our entrance, with magnificent views of the sea on their right. As they slowly make their way down our driveway, they listen for the welcoming birdsong, feel their shoulders drop an inch or two, their heart rate slows and they feel at peace. They are home. It's not a coincidence that Woodland Park has this effect on people. Our 80 acres of woodland and parkland is the perfect place for the whole family to relax and unwind. And, as a holiday home owner, you have the luxury of coming whenever you want.

A community to cherish. Owning a holiday home at Woodland Park isn't just about stunning surroundings. It's about the familiarity and sense of community that is created here. As an exclusive owners-only park, our owners and their families can enjoy the peace of mind knowing that the only thing to change each time they stay is the weather.

The perfect base for exploring

Our idyllic location makes it easy to explore the beautiful countryside that surrounds us as well as the Norfolk coast, which is accessible just across the road from the park entrance. You really can make your stay as busy or as quiet as you like. If exploring takes your fancy, the local towns are bustling and welcoming, or why not enjoy the sandy beaches of Mundesley, Cromer or Overstrand? Those who want to enjoy a slow and relaxing break don't even have to leave the park. With woodland walks, our own fishing lake and superb facilities, we have more than enough to keep you 'un-busy'.

Norfolk is for all seasons

Whatever the season, the inspiring natural landscape of both the park and the surrounding countryside offers beauty and diversity. Enjoy the crunchy leaves and cheerful robins of winter, the burst of colour Autumn brings, the bluebells and primroses in spring and the spectacle of the rhododendrons in summer. Our rich habitat supports a wealth of wildlife and plant species, and we often spot muntjac deer in the woods and even kingfishers at the lake. Our nature trail is a great way to discover more about the natural environment in the holiday park.

On-site facilities

Escaping to your luxury holiday home at Woodland Park is a chance for you to not only enjoy all that Norfolk has to offer, but also to take a break from day-to-day life. Our excellent facilities allow you to properly unwind in welcoming surroundings. Let us look after you in Marlings restaurant, where you can choose from a range of tasty dishes or simply relax and enjoy a drink in the cosy Library Snug. Also on-site is Trimingham Leisure Club where you can swim in our indoor pool, zone out in the spa pool or warm tired muscles in the sauna or steam room. And, if you're feeling energetic, we have a state-of-the-art gym at your disposal. All the family will enjoy a chance to swim and have fun with the convenience of being able to walk leisurely back to your holiday home (or pop next door to Marlings when tummies start to rumble).

Slow you down

Beyond the restaurant and leisure club, the park caters for a variety of interests and ages. Little ones can enjoy getting adventurous in the three fun and safe playgrounds we have, those with a passion for fishing will love our peaceful fishing lake, and walkers or nature enthusiasts will appreciate our nature trail.
